Meet Ginger

Throughout her life, Ginger has been passionate about fitness, competitive sports, and health and wellness. She has worked with clients of all ages and abilities as well as D-1 athletes, clients recovering from injury or surgery and clients seeking to stay strong and fit with a fun fitness program. She is driven to help her clients continue to move and improve balance, strength, and agility no matter their age or fitness level.

Ginger brings her wealth of experience and knowledge to help you learn how to make your body strong and resilient through tailor-made fitness programs and progressions perfect for your body and abilities. She is compassionate, and non-judgmental and listens carefully to her client’s needs, struggles, and goals. Ginger always brings the latest research to bear in conversations about day-to-day health and wellness decisions to help her clients achieve their goals. She encourages her clients to try new modes of movement, and new habits, and make better nutritional choices.

Ginger devises each new training plan with great care and compassion to enable her clients to see and feel strength, flexibility, mobility, agility, balance, and cardiovascular gains and realize freedom from pain or discomfort. She holds multiple fitness training and wellness certifications. You will find that Ginger is the supportive, motivating, and understanding coach you have always needed to support your fitness goals, help overcome your struggles, and find the path that leads you to your most joyful, strong, healthy, and self-confident self.
